Mission Statement:

ServiceNow makes renovations and construction simple. ServiceNow exists as a beacon of change to raise the standard of customer service within the construction and renovation industry, differentiating itself from its competitors in the areas of reliability, response time, availability, and accountability of contractors. ServiceNow endeavours to do this through its network approach, by both connecting property owners with pre-qualified contractors and maintaining a system of following-up checks to ensure client satisfaction throughout the progressing stages of their projects so they can feel secure and satisfied when renovating the homes and businesses that contribute to the success and enjoyment of their lives.

ServiceNow also purposes to provide quotation leads and group membership benefits to its reliable contractors with the end-goal of membership being to add significant credibility to a contractor's reputation. ServiceNow operates to promote and advertise the strengths of its member contractors recognizing that its own success, reputation, and a high standard will be determined by the successes, reputations, and high standards of its members.

The underlying financial purpose behind the operating of ServiceNow is to have a significant financial impact within the Christian community, specifically in funding initiatives that both generate positive community outcomes and spread the Good News of Salvation, through Jesus Christ.

Management Team:

Ken Currie: President and Founder

Ken has been working in the Construction Trades Industry for over thirty years with major focuses on restoration and home renovations. Throughout the course of his experience, Currie recognized specific recurring industry-wide problems including a lack of convenience, slow response times, unanswered phone calls, missed site-visits, undelivered quotes, lack of accountability, shady business practices, shoddy workmanship and many more shortcomings of the construction industry. Upon seeing the frustrations of property owners and the negative reputation of contractors in general, Ken came up with a resolution that would raise the level of customer service in an industry desperately in need of a reputation boost. ServiceNow is Ken's solution to negative industry trends and is the product of a twenty-year dream.

Outside of work, Ken enjoys spending time with his long-time wife, Sally and is avidly involved in a local church. Ken operates ServiceNow under Biblical principles of business, leadership, and morality. Ken has integrated the foundational truths of Christianity into both his life and his business model and credits the success of ServiceNow to his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

John Doucette, B.Com, MBS: Business Manager

As a 2008 graduate from Saint Mary's University, John has brought strong business presentation and organization skills to the company. Upon Ken's invitation, John took a lead role in developing ServiceNow from infancy to its current state, completing the registration of the company, overseeing the development of its identity, setting internal operating processes, networking with local businesses, Leasing out office space in the ServiceNow building, overseeing website development, and coordinating advertising initiatives.

Outside of work, John is also involved in a local church. He and his wife are involved in developing a church service, on a local university campus, designed specifically for university-aged individuals. John has also completed a Masters Degree in Biblical Studies by means of correspondence through Christian Leadership University in Buffalo, New York. Like Ken, John has implemented his personal faith in Christ, into his business undertakings.
