Our 7 Day, 3 Step Referral Standard
As a member of the ServiceNow network, we promote quick response times for our customers and would expect that you could deliver quotes in a timeframe that is less than or equal to the following scenario (some exceptions may apply):
- Step 1: Call the Customer (Within 24 hours of receiving a referral from ServiceNow)
- Step 2: Site Visit (Aim to be within 3 days of calling the customer)
- Step 3: Submit the Quote to ServiceNow (Within 3 days of the site visit)
(Job Completion timelines are decided between the contractor and the customer)

All members of the ServiceNow network are expected to uphold the following standard of work practices and customer service.
- SPEED: The contractor or its representatives shall provide quick response times.
- EXCELLENCE: In workmanship, cleanliness, personal appearance, presentation and communication.
- RESPONSIBLE: The contractor will conduct all work related to projects in a safe manner.
- VERIFIED: Contractors must maintain Workers' Comp coverage, Labour codes & Liability Insurance.
- INTEGRITY: The contractor shall conduct above-board business with the utmost integrity and respect.
- COMPLETION: The contractor shall 100% complete all projects in a timely manner.
- ENSURE: Contractors will at all times ensure the complete satisfaction of their customers.
