ServiceNow has designed a system of follow-up calls to ensure that you are receiving the timely and quality service you should be. We admit, even with all of our background checks, our contractors are still people and are therefore sometimes, (albeit rarely) prone to forget things or revert back to old industry habits so we have devised a system of follow-up calls to check with both you and your contractor(s) to ensure that you are satisfied with both the quoting process and your project's final completion.

Yes, our contractors do pay us a small finder's fee for the referral to your project.
