Contractors who are part of ServiceNow's construction and renovation network have received the ServiceNow Association Seal and have fulfilled the following criteria:

  • Interview - An in-person interview has been conducted by the ServiceNow management team to determine adequate experience and certification.
  • References - Multiple references from the contractor’s previous clients have been submitted to ServiceNow.
  • Better Business Bureau (BBB) Check - All of our members are searched in the BBB database for past customer issues or complaints.
  • Liability Insurance - Proof of Liability Insurance has been submitted.
  • Workers' Compensation - Proof of up-to-date Workers’ Compensation coverage has been submitted.
  • Membership Agreement - ServiceNow’s Network Membership Agreement has been signed stating acceptance of rules, responsibilities, and work practice standards.
