The contractor that you assigned to the job was very professional, and went well beyond the call of duty to find the materials to make the repair, given that it is no longer even sold in Nova Scotia. Electrical and plumbing jobs were both completed as scheduled, on time and at the estimated cost. These men were professional in the completion of their work, but at the same time each were approachable, easy to talk with, and answered all my questions. The necessary work was explained and a written estimate provided. I am neither an electrician or a plumber so I had many concerns and questions all of which were dealt with to my satisfaction before any work was started.
